Shipping policy

UK delivery 

We ship every order from the UK using tracked delivery, so you always know where your Zourra order is. 

Standard delivery: 2–4 working days, £3.95, free on orders over £60 

Subscription orders: Free delivery, always.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or over the weekend, go out on the next working day. 

Order Tracking 

Once your order is on its way, you'll get a dispatch email with tracking so you can follow it to your door. 

International delivery 

We currently ship within the UK. We're working on expanding, so if you're outside the UK and would love to try Zourra, drop us a line at hello@zourra.com and we'll let you know as soon as we're shipping to you. 

Delays 

We do everything we can to get your order to you on time. During exceptionally busy periods, or where courier delays are outside our control, delivery may take a little longer than usual. If your order hasn't arrived when expected, email hello@zourra.com and we'll chase it down for you. 

Something missing or wrong 

If anything in your delivery doesn't match your order, let us know at hello@zourra.com within 48 hours of receipt and we'll sort it straight away.
