90-Day Guarantee

Real change takes real time, especially in your body's fortieth, fiftieth or sixtieth year. Most of what's in Zourra, from KSM-66® ashwagandha to Affron® saffron, needs consistent use over eight to twelve weeks before you feel its full effect. So instead of a token 30-day window, we're giving you 90. 

How It Works 

Try any Zourra product for 90 days. If you've taken it as directed and you don't feel the difference, we'll refund you in full. 

To Claim Your Refund 

Email hello@zourra.com with your order number and “90 Day Guarantee” in the subject line, any time between day 60 and day 90 of use. Tell us a little about your experience so we can understand what didn't work for you, it genuinely helps us improve. 

We'll confirm receipt within one working day and talk you through the next steps. 

The Detail 

  • The guarantee applies to one product per customer, to keep things fair for everyone 

  • You'll need proof of purchase and to have used the product consistently, as directed on pack, for at least 60 days before claiming 

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 working days of your claim being confirmed 

  • Delivery charges aren't included in the refund 

  • This guarantee is for personal, individual use and we reserve the right to decline claims that don't meet these terms 

This guarantee sits alongside, and doesn't affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.
