Founder Note
Hi, I'm Ade. At 38, I started navigating early signs of perimenopause: sleep that wouldn't come, focus that slipped away mid-sentence, energy that was fading away and like most women, I struggled to get an answer.
When perimenopause finally came up, I felt relief and then frustration. The shelves were full of formulas trying to do everything but doing nothing well. Products that the body couldn’t absorb well, doses too low to be effective.
Starting an Executive MBA at Imperial Business School, surrounded by women juggling careers, families and the same transition, I realised something: an entire generation of women was being underserved by this industry.
Zourra grew out of that desire: to do better by myself and my peers.
Working with a clinical pharmacist and a team of qualified nutritionists, we have spent months going through research, ingredients, and formulation, ensuring every ingredient earned its place in its most bioavailable form and developed a carefully chosen range of supplements.
