Founder Story:
Hi, I'm Ade and at 38 I started navigating early signs of perimenopause: sleep that wouldn't come, focus that slipped away mid-sentence, energy that was fading away and like most women, I struggled to get an answer.
When the word peri-menopause finally came up, I felt relief, so I started researching and the shelves were full of formulas, that tried to do everything but did nothing well, products that the body couldn’t absorb well, doses too low to be effective.
Starting an Executive MBA at Imperial Business School, London surrounded by other women juggling careers, families, and the same transition made me realise there is a generation of women underserved by this industry.
Zourra grew out of that desire to do better for myself and my peers.
Working with a clinical pharmacist and a team of qualified nutritionists, we have developed a carefully chosen range after spending months going through research, ingredients, and ensuring every ingredient earned its place in its most bioavailable form.
